Dear business partners

we feel convinced, that the garden center of the future has to understand itself as a furniture store of the green living room – also including the nursery department. Today’s consumer is not one who is in love with species and even less an adept of species. He is straying through the green nursery-jungle - more or less without directions - and is focusing his attention on products, which stand out from the crowd, look nice and can convince at first sight.
Set-ups that either differentiate from the common crowd or create desire at once are the ones able to allure people and block out the bargain hunter inside of the consumers mind.

Of course, not any garden center has the room for a 'Chelsea Flower Show' – but also with little thematic set-ups, which are decorated cross-departmental, every nursery department can arouse the desire to shop. Regarding on our new 'Give me 5'-concept, we already have shown how to stage-manage set-ups with just a few plants and a hand full of objects, where customers will not be able to pass off easily: Green living room worlds which invite to imitate. With the eyes of the customer we see better, so let us take off the 'gardener's glasses' – at least occasionally.

We are always open for constructive criticism and new ideas. Together with our customers we analyze the wishes of the end-consumer and integrate these in our concepts. This is our greatest ambition and it prepares us for the future.

My sincerest thanks
